The Groen XS-208-8-3 Countertop Convection Steamer is a durable equipment measuring 23 3/8 inches wide, 28 5/16 inches deep, and 29 11/16 inches high. Its exterior is made from strong and reinforced 14-gauge stainless steel. It features a door made from the same material furnished with a heavy refrigeration style door handle. The door comes with a magnetic latch.
Cooking a large amount of food is convenient as pans can be placed on stainless steel wire racks. The Groen XS-208-8-3 Countertop Convection Steamer then steams food using its inverted flow convection fan which evenly distributes air throughout the equipment. The heating element for this steamer is placed on the exterior and comes with a front-mounted water reservoir drain line. The water reservoir has a capacity of 3 gallons.
Steam generated by the Groen XS-208-8-3 Countertop Convection Steamer has a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit. As it requires no water or drain connections, it is easy to install.
