It is 2-double stacked with a height of 71 inches, a width of 27 inches, a depth of 28 inches, and a weight of 512 pounds. Meanwhile, it has the capacity to hold 12 pans with dimensions of 12 inches (W) x 20 inches (H) x 2 1/2 inches (D). Convenient to operate, the steamer is equipped with easy-to-use digital controls with temperature display and independent digital electronic timer with programmable preset. It also offers flexible options for steaming with its cook mode and variable hold temperature mode. Additionally, English and Spanish operating instructions are present on the door to assist the kitchen staff. It is electric powered.
